About Me

I found my second career through volunteer work at a local church.  Through that service, I discovered the world of human resources and learned that when used as a tool can help any business grow.  This began my journey that has led to JayShare.   My journey started with returning to school and getting my Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Human Resources with minors in psychology & management.

With my degree, I began a career that spans over a decade through multiple industries and in the non-profit and for-profit sectors.  I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, and want to share what I have learned to help others.   

I have been asked, “why the ice cream cone?” Ice cream is one of the few things in life that is completely customizable. Maybe you only need one scoop, maybe it’s the toppings that are most thrilling to you. You make what you want when you need it and there are rarely leftovers.
